Arusha to Lake Natron - Journey to the Rift Valley

Your adventure begins in Arusha with an early morning departure toward the remote and dramatic landscapes of Lake Natron.
The journey (approximately 6–7 hours) takes you off the main safari routes and deep into Maasai country. Along the way, enjoy changing scenery from green highlands to open plains and eventually the rugged, volcanic terrain of the Great Rift Valley.

Arrive at your camp in the afternoon and check in. After lunch, you may relax or take a short guided walk to stretch your legs. Depending on time and energy levels, you can also visit a nearby waterfall or the lake shore, where flamingos are often seen.
In the evening, enjoy an early dinner followed by a detailed trek briefing from your experienced Maasai guide. You will receive safety instructions, route details, and preparation tips for the climb.
Overnight Preparation:
• Rest early as the climb begins around midnight
