Your safari begins at 8:00 AM with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to the Ndutu Region. Along the way, you will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the landscape transforms from lush highlands to open grasslands.
Upon arrival, enjoy a half-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Ndutu is a key part of the Great Migration route, especially between January to February which is worldly known for wildebeest calving season. In the evening, transfer to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive in Ndutu with a packed lunch. Enjoy incredible wildlife sightings, including big cats and large herds of wildebeest, throughout the day. The calving season attracts numerous predators including lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. In the evening, return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive. This natural wonder offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, including lions, elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, and hippos. After a picnic lunch near the Hippo Pool, ascend the crater and begin your return journey to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
